MEMBERSHIP FEES AND PAYMENTS
a. Premium Members of the Service are required to purchase the membership on monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly basis. Each month is considered as 30 days of length, any one paying in February will get the same amount of days of premium membership as the person who is paying in a month with 31 days. Similarly 3 months membership is considered as 90 days membership and one year as 360 days.

b. In order to purchase Membership the user can use different methods as posted on our website. Payment paid via money order/ Cheque / Bank wire must be claimed within 30 days.

c. Depending on the method of payment it may take from 8 hours to several days before the account can be activated for Premium Membership

d. We offer full refund within 72 hours (3 Days) of original transaction where the member has not used any premium member feature from his/her account. Once any feature is used the fee become non-refundable. Similarly the site offers full or partial refund of any auto-renew transaction if a requested is received within 72 hours (3 days) of the transaction.

e. If we find that any member has used a stolen or fraudulent credit card the personal information of that members will be forwarded to the Law enforcement agencies of the resident country of the member.

Sexy Sexy Girls's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall Sexy Sexy Girls be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.

2. Changes and Cancellations. Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser login. Sexy Sexy Girls's advertising specifications are accessible through the advertiser login. Sexy Sexy Girls reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time.

3. Delivery, Frequency and Makegood. All figures relating to the number of advertisements served as determined by Sexy Sexy Girls shall govern, regardless of whether advertiser/agency is using the services of a third party ad server. If Sexy Sexy Girls fails to provide the guaranteed number of impressions, Sexy Sexy Girls will make good on this contract.

4. Key Words and Phrases. Sexy Sexy Girls offers no exclusivity on keywords or phrases. Each advertiser will be given ranking positions based upon the bid they enter on keywords/phrases.

5. Rejections. Sexy Sexy Girls reserves the right, without liability, to reject, omit or exclude any advertisement or to reject or terminate any links, buttons, boxes or banners for any reason at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser/agency, and whether or not such advertisement, link, button, box or banner was previously acknowledged, accepted, or published.

6. Licenses and Indemnification. Advertiser/agency grants Sexy Sexy Girls the right to use, reproduce, publicly display and distribute advertiser's advertisments and collateral information and warrants that advertiser/agency has the right to grant such license. Advertiser/Agency represents that the advertiser is the owner or is licensed to use the entire contents and subject matter contained in its advertisements and collateral information, including, without limitation, (a) the names and/or pictures of persons; (b) any copyrighted material, trademarks, service marks, logos, and/or depictions of trademarked or service marked goods or services; and (c) any testimonials or endorsements contained in any advertisement submitted to Sexy Sexy Girls. In addition, advertiser/agency represents that the advertiser's advertisements and collateral information do not violate any applicable local, state or federal law or regulation. In consideration of Sexy Sexy Girls's acceptance of such advertisements and information for publication, the advertiser and agency will jointly and severally indemnify and hold harmless Sexy Sexy Girls and its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, accountants, attorneys, agents, parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors and assigns from and against any and all third party claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to: (i) advertiser/agency's breach of any covenants, representations and warranties made therein, (ii) Sexy Sexy Girls's performance under this contract, and (iii) the copying, printing, distributing, transmitting or publishing of advertiser's/agency's advertisements or collateral information by Sexy Sexy Girls.

INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold Sexy Sexy Girls, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE
